Trending Now: Created by Lmnts Outdoor Studio, the Project maintains Social Distancing measures and aims to bring Yoga and Fitness Workouts safely, to an Outdoor setting.

lmnts Outdoor Studio is a Hot Yoga and Fitness pop-up event that is taking place outdoors in 50 private clear Geodesic Domes in which temperatures exceed 100 degrees Fahrenheit. There will be 5-6 classes daily from June 21 – July 31 2020, hosted by 6 partnered studios and their instructors, as well as some special guests.

The event will take place at the Stanley Barracks, North Plaza Patio, located at Hotel X in Toronto.

Where attending regular group fitness classes are not possible due to restrictions in place in the wake of COVID-19, these domes allow for a personal and relaxing experience while maintaining a safe and social distance.

The experience is about clear, frameless, geodesic domes, allowing for a personal and relaxing experience – all while maintaining a safe and social distance. Standing 7 ft tall and 12 ft wide, each and every dome offers participants i.e. ONE individual per dome, with over 110 square feet of private, heated space. These Dome temperatures have a level of adjustments using cooling fans. The domes are designed to produce a greenhouse effect, thus allowing temperatures inside of the dome to rise in excess of 100 degrees Fahrenheit; this process will create the heated environment required for hot yoga and fitness workouts.

While the abrupt closure of all non-essential businesses has affected fitness enthusiasts across the globe, this Outdoor Pop up is a safe and innovative way for cold countries to practice mindfulness while also incorporating physical activity. The unique nature of this event allows it to operate responsibly during COVID-19.

This is certainly a creative way to stay active, mindful and healthy.
