The advanced platform is designed to boost the networking and business of the Pitti fairs.


Pitti Immagine is presenting Pitti Connect: which is an advanced digital platform for networking and the marketplace for generating new business opportunities that will provide advance information about and be integrated with the physical September fairs.

This platform has been launched as a response to the current situation of Covid and hence Pitti Connect aims to become an essential work tool for contributing to the relaunch of the entire fashion system.

Already active starting from the end of June, Pitti Connect will allow exhibitors at the Pitti Immagine fairs – Pitti Uomo, Pitti Bimbo, Pitti Filati, Fragranze and Super to increase their visibility, activate business contacts and to be supported through the process of receiving orders while complying with the traditional timing of sales campaigns, in advance of the opening of the September fairs. Pitti Connect will be essential for reaching buyers and members of the trade – even those not physically present at the fair – who will be able to carry out scouting activities and assisted research, contact exhibitors, plan meetings and view collections through video chats or by means of a virtual showroom with advanced functions.

The platform will literally follow the selection, segmentation, design, communication and contemporary spirit of the Pitti Immagine fairs into a digital environment, connecting exhibitors to fairs’ wide community of buyers which consists of the 90,000 registered and certified Pitti Uomo users, the 33,000 of Pitti Bimbo and the 25,000 of Pitti Filati. A community that at the fairs held last January generated 182,000 exhibitor searches on the website with over 1,300,000 web pages visited during the last edition of Pitti Uomo.

For over a decade Pitti has invested in web evolution – with the launch of the first collaborations with the MIT in Boston and the inauguration of the e-PITTI platform, right up to the institution of the e-P Summit. Pitti Exhibitors will be able to communicate better with Pitti Connect’s advanced functions for managing access to the marketplace and the order phase, in fact Pitti is  creating a customized marketplace product in collaboration with specialist companies in order to maintain a direct relationship with the exhibitors and companies as well as to ensure high qualitative standards and to control the entire process.
